Tucked into the rolling hills of Wayne County, Pennsylvania, Old Gravity Flower Co is a small, sustainably minded flower farm dedicated to growing beauty that blooms close to home. We’re just a short drive from Honesdale, Hawley, Carbondale, and Lake Wallenpaupack — and only about two hours from the bustle of the New York metro area — yet our flowers feel a world away from anything mass-produced.
Our name is a tribute to the Delaware & Hudson Gravity Railroad, a vital piece of local history that once ran right through this area. In the 1800s, the Gravity Railroad carried coal down the mountain using only the force of gravity — a marvel of its time and one of the earliest of its kind in the nation. Much like that slow, deliberate system of transport, we believe in moving with the seasons, growing what nature gives us, and keeping our roots close to the land and the community that surrounds us.
We grow fresh, seasonal flowers with care, creativity, and a whole lot of heart. Whether you’re picking up a hand-tied bouquet in Honesdale, grabbing a jam jar posy near Hawley, or building your own arrangement with one of our DIY flower buckets, we’re here to help you connect with locally grown flowers in a personal and meaningful way.

Our bouquets are lush, a little wild, and always made with the freshest stems from our fields.
